Long, slender shape fruit that are on average 7" long and narrow and average 10-12 oz each. Very solid, thick, with a deep, rich flavor that makes excellent sauce and soups. This heirloom paste tomato is known for exceptional flavor, green shoulders, and unique crook in its neck.
