White Seeded Caseknife

Pole. Snap bean. Best eaten as a green bean. No suture string. Pods are recurving and green, with 7-9 seeds per pod. Pod length 7.5-8.6in. Productivity slightly above average. Dry beans are medium to large, oval, and solid white. 2% hard seeded. Mid season maturing. Donated to SSE in 1981 by bean collector John Withee of Lynnfield, Massachusetts and the Wanigan Associates.
