Large roots with excellent, sweet flavor. Runner-up in 2015 taste trials at Heritage Farm involving 18 varieties. Long, creamy white roots with broad shoulders. Moderately smooth skin. A few forked roots in 2015 growout at Heritage Farm. No symptoms of canker. Roots measured 12-24" long, up to 3" wide, and weighed up to 1lb at the end of the season. SSE Accession # 114700
