C. annuum. Bell pepper. Green fruits mature to a beautiful golden orange. Market mature fruit measure 3-4.5" long and 2-3.5" wide and weigh 2.5-4.6oz. Dark green leaves and stems with purple nodes. White flowers. Plants are erect with intermediate branching and grow 1-2' tall. Plants susceptible to lodging due to fruit weight, exposing fruits and increasing the likelihood of sunscald. Fragrant, sweet, crunchy, and juicy with notes of citrus. 85 days from transplant. Moderately productive when grown by Seed Savers Exchange member Mike Kiessel from Suttons Bay, MI in 2017 for the Collection Documentation Project.
