Lillian's Yellow Heirloom

Single Image
VEGETABLES / TOMATO
ORANGE-YELLOW
Original seed came from Lillian Bruce of Tennessee, and were named by Craig LeHoullier. Tall, vigorous plants have pale yellow fruits that are about 12-20 ounces. Some have a little blush of pink at blossom end, especially if they start to get a bit overripe. They have few seeds and a superb, luscious taste that makes them one of the best yellow tomatoes I've ever had. Average to high productivity, depending on the year. Some cracking if it is a wet year, but it not severe enough to ruin the fruit. Great for fresh eating, salsa, juicing, yellow sauce, and canning. Potato leaves, indeterminate. 90-100 days to maturity after transplanting.
