Pole. Dry. Vigorous growing vine. One vine climbed to 10 feet and I had to use a ladder to pick. Pods were flat and about 4 inches long with dark streaks. Beans are a beautiful lilac color (Fliederfarben is German for lilac) with purple stripes. Seeds were given to me by Ben Cohen at the 2018 SSE Convention Seed Swap. Russ Crow has a very similar bean called Forelle Fliederfarben. 25 seeds per pack.
