Reticulatus type melon. Round market mature fruit with yellowish-green-cream colored skin with moderate to heavy corking/netting. Fruit measure 4-6" long and wide and weigh up to 3.5 lbs. Orange colored flesh 1-1.25" thick. Fruit has a thin rind. Prostrate growing plants. Heavily infected with anthracnose in 2015 at Heritage Farm, and did not get a good harvest. Acquired by SSE at an unknown date, likely the early 1980s. The source history of this accession is unknown. SSE Accession # 112838
