Also known as Italian Tree. Bred by Burgess Seed in 1937 from Ponderosa. Heavy producing plants bear loads of 8-14 ounce pink, oblate, ribbed, beefsteak-type fruits. Firm flesh, great tasting. Good for fresh, cooking, or processing. Potato leaves, indeterminate. About 80 days to maturity after transplanting.
