Bezelya

Shelling type. Climbing plants about 5' tall. Pods 2-2.5" long with 3-4 peas per pod. Pods had strings and had starchy peas. Peas are sweet if picked young. Grown by Jeanette Lawson in 2024 for the Collection Documentation Project; Jeanette commented that they had no pest, bacterial, or fungal issues during their growing year. SSE Accession # 114896
