Sweet Banana, Giant Yellow

C. annuum. This is a long, thin, wax type pepper. It matures from yellow-green to red, with anthocyanin stripes present on the immature peppers. The fruit measures 1.5" wide, 5-7" long, and 1.5-3 oz. They are elongated and pointed, with thick walls and low seediness. This pepper has no heat and is cunchy and juicy. The plants grow 1.5-2.5 ft tall and are purple at the nodes and on some branches.
