DRY-BUSH
Dry. Short productive plants grow to about 12 inches tall. First dry pods in about 90 days. A profusion of thin pods. Dry pods are about 5 ¼ x 3/16. Another variety that produces the tiniest of bean seeds which are white with a bird like figure in light brown around the eye. The bird figure was so crisply defined on the seed sample I received, but not on my seed crop this year in ’13. Nine feet of row space produced a half a pound of seed this year in 2013. A fun variety to grow and see. The late Mary Fox would be proud to know her bean legacy still lives on with SSE members. Source History: IN FO M ’12, CV Native Seed Search
