Russian variety brought to Canada in 1925, and maintained by at least four generations of women. Plants grow to about 2' high with a 5-6' spread. Fruits are 1/2 to 2/3" in diameter with a papery husk. Larger than Mary's Niagara, smaller than Aunt Molly's and Humphrey's. Sweet and tart with a hint of pineapple. 80 days from transplant.
