Georgian Crystal

Porcelain hardneck originally from the Republic of Georgia. Beautiful white heads with large, purple streaked cloves, usually 3-5 per head. Good flavor that holds up well under roasting. Stores well. Original stock purchased from Mark Fulford at Common Ground Fair, ME, in 2003.
