Romanian Cow's tit

Red. From Kim Lund. Small paste tomato, 2 1/2" long, approx. 1 oz., hangs on vine in clusters kind of like a cow's udder. Very prolific, but earliest tomatoes had blossom end rot, but ended up yielding well. Taste raw is just average, these have almost no juice - probably good for drying. I roasted them for an hour at 375 degrees, sliced, seeds removed and drizzled with olive oil and salt and pepper and they were good that way.
