Illinois Squash

Donated to SSE in 2006 by Robert Miller (CA MI R). Miller acquired it in 1981 from a Mr. White who had then recently obtained the variety in Springfield, IL from the descendants of a family who had reportedly once been neighbors of Abraham Lincoln's parents. Grown by this neighboring family from circa 1830 to 1980. SSE Accession # 120962
