Miragreen

Plants reach 2.5-3.5' tall. Little basal branching. White flowers. Green pods are mostly straight; some curve slightly or are wavy, especially when flat. Edible flat pods. Round, fibrous mature pods. Long, narrow pods, measuring 2.5-3.5" long, 0.5-0.7" wide. 5-9 seeds per pod. Shattering dry pods. Small, wrinkled green seeds. Dry peas are slightly sweet with a classic pea flavor. Somewhat thick seed coat. Mid-season maturing. Average productivity when grown in 2013 at Heritage Farm. SSE Accession # 114749
