Russian Red

This light red tomato is a small globe, being 1.5-2" in width, 1.5" long, and 2 oz. They grow in clusters of 3. The plants grow up to 3ft tall, are indeterminate, and are early to mid season maturing. The seeds are pleasantly tart, though the tomato is lacking sweetness. This tomato stood up fairly well to disease during the 2021 growout at Heritage Farm and has pretty good productivity. SSE Accession # 121481
