Igleheart Pink German Beefsteak

Large beefsteak tomato with indeterminate growth. Flattened and ribbed fruits are pink with green depressed shoulders and an indented blossom end. Fruits measure 2-3 inches long, 3-4.5 inches wide, and weigh 8-15 ounces. Fruits usually solitary, but can be found in clusters of 2 or 3. Fruit cracking is common. Flowers with exserted stigmas and fruits are fasciated. Strong tart tomato flavor, but not too sweet. SSE Accession # 124545
