Heads small (1-2 lbs.), pointed, with loosely arranged pale green leaves surrounded by larger, darker green, outward-facing leaves. Early maturing. Grown by Claudia Lake for the 2020 Collection Documentation Project; she reported that the variety is mild-flavored and tender, making a good slaw, best used promptly after harvest rather than stored.
