Cylindra

Very handsome dark purple cylindrical roots 8" long. Grown the first year in outside beds in full sun in soil rich in organic matter and kelp. Overwintered in the root cellar. Replanted inside a non heated hoop house in early May 2019. Entire plant harvested in early October 2019.
